Doggy Day Care - Must Love Dogs Cayman

I don't have a dog and am generally considered a cat person, however due to unforeseen circumstances I have become the temporary guardian of a lovely puppy named Soso. He is a bit spoiled but the cutest sweetest puppy every so I can understand why!

I wanted to make a post about this one place that has just made my life a lot better - Must Love Dogs Cayman! Soso is very active and loves to run but the last thing I want to do when I get home from work is run around with him. I feel bad that he is couped up at home all day. Soso's mom pays for the doggy day care in bulk so whenever I take care of him I take him for half days almost every day of the week.

I have never seen a dog so excited about anything before. He knows the road to doggy day care and starts whimpering in excitement as we get closer! When I come to pick him up at lunch he looks happily exhausted...PERFECT!

The costs are perfectly reasonable - $10-$11 for a half day if you buy a bulk package. The thing I am impressed with the most is their service! Yesterday it had rained heavily the night before so there was a nice lake in front of the entrance to Must Love Dogs. I pulled up to the edge and was trying to figure out how to get Soso in when one of the workers ran out in rain boots! Soso got to daycare and I did not have to swim him in.

Then today when I came to pick him up I was looking at all the puddles and worrying how dirty he would be then one of the employees called me over to an outdoor pen where Soso and another dog where waiting all rinsed off for their lunch time pick ups! It was like they read my mind.

I highly recommend this place. If you are a busy person it will save your sanity and the puppies love it!

I am also a Canadian girl (Winnipegger) planing on moving to Grand Cayman in the spring (if everything works out).. fingers crossed. I have really enjoyed reading about all the little details... areas to live, good places to eat... all very informative! Keep up the fantastic work!
