My parents came to visit me after xmas for new years. I decided to go to the Marriott for the End of The World Party. For $110 CI we had a full buffet dinner and unlimited drinks for the entire night. There was some concern originally because new years eve fell on a Saturday this year. If you don't know all bars and restaurants close on Saturdays at midnight. Sunday is gods 's day. Luckily Cayman decided to change its liquour laws! So the night was extended until 2am.
The champagne flowed!
My parents were amazed at the service. Back in Edmonton we would pay over $100 for a mediocre party with watered down drinks. Here they do not skimp at all! Our table was on the beach right by the ocean. This was by far one of the best parties I have ever been to!
One of the coolest things was seeing all the fire works go off alone seven mile beach. They were going all night. And when the clock stroked midnight the sky above us just lit up!
I really recommend the Marriott for NYE in Cayman!
