Tourist Day - Margaritaville

I took pirates week off because I had a friend visiting. Since my first week here I have not been out in Cayman on a work day. I wanted to experience full tourist feel. Luckily there were 5 cruise ships in the day that we decided to go. In my 6 month stay here I have never been to Margaritaville. My coworker and I often had lunch around the area and Margaritaville always sounded like there was a party inside.

Well the mystery was finally revealed. It is like spring break every day in Margaritaville. Things pick up around 12:30. There is a pool bar with a slide and a large roped off stage inside.

Luckily being here for as long as I have I have made some bartender friends so we were well taken care of. Survival in Cayman 101.

Tourists will do anything for free T-Shirts. A competition for women where they have to get stuff from the audiance and be the first one back - the things included were men's shoes, men's pants or shorts, woman's bras, you get the picture.

The girl in the white dress above was pretty upset over not winning and decided to hike up her dress and dance in her underwear.
