Long weekend Sundays are always the best here! We started off with a brunch at the Westin. Unfortunately I was told too late that when booking brunch at the Westin you should always ask for seats either inside or on the patio but never under the tent. They will seat you under the tent by default.The tent is just on the beach in front of the Westin and has a great view but it gets hot! Even worst was that Sunday seemed to be one of the hottest days since I got here. Luckily when we girls went inside to cool off we found 6 empty bar stools at the bar. The nice people at the Westin let us move.
Our plan was to go to the Royal Palms after brunch but one of the guys was invited by his boss to go on a party boat. Having a little bit of champagne in our system we got our stuff together in record time and caught the boat. It was a blast but I cannot even tell you who organized it :)
